Our Cuisine
We take great care in selecting only the finest ingredients for our dishes. Fresh spices grown locally or imported from Asia are used and are the fundamental elements of Indian Cuisine that can be sadly neglected by other restaurants.
Our extensive knowledge and understanding of these spices, coupled with our award winning culinary expertise, result in a truly scintillating menu of authentic and traditional dishes from India and Pakistan selected to offer a dining experience second to none.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, as our menu will testify. Aromatic Basmati rice served light and tasty, a vast selection of freshly prepared breads with a fantastic variety of garnishes and a mouth watering selection of vegetable dishes.
Our Speciality dishes offer phenomenal Masalah, Makhani and Jhalferazi dishes and some uniquely diverse choices including our refreshing and zesty Achari Chicken, delicately mild Lamb Pasanda or our rich and fragrant Dahiwala Chicken.
